Hurghada’s Marlion Residences - Beachfront Bargains

It’s difficult to see what’s so ‘Great’ about the Great British Pound at the moment as it flounders at an all-time low against the euro – 1.26 euros per GBP at the time of writing.  So it’s definitely a wise move to look outside the eurozone for property purchase.  Egypt’s Red Sea Riviera is a tantalising option, particularly when you see just how far those Pounds stretch.  Just 36,000 of them will buy a beachfront studio at Hurghada’s Marlion Residences – the Pound almost feels ‘Great’ again…
